We provide you with a set of professional plans drawn in AutoCAD, structural calculations and all necessary supporting documentation ensuring your Planning and Building Regulation applications comply with the legal requirements of the Local Authority’s Planning and Building Control Departments. edc will submit your applications and supporting documentation directly to the Local Authority’s Planning & Building Control Departments, on your behalf, and liaise with them to resolve technical queries that may arise.
