Planning Information

The planning term “original house” means the house as it was first built or as it stood on 1 July 1948.

Remember, when considering the original house as it was built, you may not have built any extensions to your house, however, a previous owner may have. Your local planning authority will be able to advise you of any previous planning applications submitted for the property.
