Planning Information

You do not need to submit a planning application to demolish a building in a conservation area; however, you may need conservation area consent.

You do not need to submit a planning application to demolish your house or any of its outbuildings, unless the local planning authority has made an Article 4 Direction restricting the demolition or alterations you could normally make under permitted development rights.
